If your unmarried the best company to work. If your married woman and if you have kid then you will be like option for them. Even if you could do company and their policies will not affect but the people who are for them the defenetly treat you like option seriously higher authoritys should know how many % of woman employees are promoted under a manager like that if you see that over all count of CTS it would be higher but if you base on manager its would be lesser.
