Work-life balance is worst: As we do not get leaves even on the most auspicious festivals even if it is Holi, Diwali or any national festival. Skill development: Very unsatisfactory as we never came across any management who discusses such things. Wo don't even get time to complete the mandatory training. We only skip videos and usethe answer that our management shares to pass the trainings. Company culture: There are some good managers and team leads out there but most of them doesn't seema to create a good culture. They only know how to spread toxicity and tourcher people. Even for one day leave or any emergency they behave like the clouds will come on the ground. this company is working like a mini south India and neglect the people from north and avoid giving promotions and keep all controls and power in their hand. upper management treats employees like labourers and exploit them by extending work hours , timsesheet , work from office and no WFH any day. also unnecessary escalations

Need to work more than 11 hrs a day. No allowance for weekend support. there's no cab facility. Less insurance amount. I've been working since 2016 and joined Cognizant in 2021. I've had the worst experience of my entire Professional career working here. I was in Service Desk Department of TJX Project and the managers (esp. Sourav Singh & Mainak Sarkar) would misbehave with everyone at every instance. Same goes for SMEs (Sonali Menon & Manisha Kar).These guys didn't even had to crack an interview to get the positions all thanks to the Senior Associate Deepak Kumar Singh who turns blind eye at every atrocities employees face there. They run the project like a Gram Panchayat Office while discriminating on the basis of Religion and Caste....Read More
