There is no room for learning. Though started as a programmer trainee, right training, role mapping, onsite opportunities were not possible and it's merely based on supervisor' decision. Skill of the employees are not assessed at any time. Though there are skilled employees within the organisation, they look for candidates outside the organisation quoting that there is no role match.

Dislikes

Though the working process is good, appraisals are based on favouritism. The company don't look at the background of the candidate. No growth of ladder for the associate level candidates.
