i think its good company to work for. does have politics. limited growth opportunity due to politics. there are few cunning employees in upper level with less process knowledge who manipulate the process according to their own way and the one who corrects them, doesn't have the chance to growth and ultimately quality dips when the person actually should be awarded for finding the glitch.

earlier it was 9hrs job including 1 hr break. but now they made it 10. so, okayish balance. u can log out as soon as u finish ur target. need to extend if required if unmet.

i was selected for medronics process in airoli branch in january 2020. i left within 1 month bcoz while giving interview i was said that in training u will get enough floor support to clear ur OJT & entire training, But when i appeared in training the trainer & manager was told that as per client policy u have to clear on ur own independently. Now that was the big reason i left bcoz without floor support u cannot clear the everything in training. the process is bit difficult as it is a data entry work the trainer which i had was gud but the manager & TL were bad. the facilities like transport is worst & cafeteria is disaster only tasteless Food. the only gud thing which i like is night shift bcoz i like to work in night only. if u dont like night shifts then u cannot survive here. overall it was worst experience as they made fool to me while promising in interview. Now in Covid 19 how they are working i have no idea whether they have removed or not the employees no idea....Read More

The facilities are pathetic like cafeteria, transport & even gym is open for a particular time period it is not opened by 24/7 than anybody can do workout. the only gud thing is night shifts which i like & if u dont like then dont join & the most worst part is training u have to do it everything independently on floor as well yes there was few SME's but they are not capable to help each other on floor. so i left bcoz of this otherwise casual dressing & night shift & salary is okk with night shift allowances.
