Cognizant is in the business of labor arbitrage. It simplest words it makes margings by offering low cost labor to high cost nations. One good thing about this company is that it is one the largest employer in India supporting lakh plus jobs. Only place where they hire smart and qualified individual is in sales role. If you are partdelivery you are likely to be underpaid and overworked. The company has a very high employee turnover, it cannot retain good talent. This can also be verified from its annual report.
