As a fresher, this job messed up my mental health.( *Not here to gain attention.) So called Hirearchy here is worst, they are partial and double faced. people who are good at sugar coating and playing spawns for Hierarchy can survive this work culture (*snake culture. )
Coming towards salary: wanna sell your peace, time, and happiness for ransom amount of 2L and above, heads up for it.
