This is my personal experience.People work on projects with clients. Your Manager works somewhere else with some other client. He Doesn't interact with you. No Skill Training. Very Slow growth. It's a waste to join this company after doing MBA from a Premium B-School.

CTS only cares about the billing. It doesn’t matter if you’ve to work like a sweeper as long as CTS is getting billed for it. You cannot refuse else they’ll give threats of firing you. There’s no career growth if you happen to work for a bad client. No on cares about your career growth.

Dislikes

They they good students from excellent MBA Institutes and make them work is shoddy projects. No effort for learning. They just care about billing.
