Liked the policies that is shown publicly or that a employee will feel initially but later when employees faces problems there is no guidelines and proper accountability.

Dislikes

The internal policies and politics are very bad. The managers are too arrogant. There is no way the employee can provide appraisal to the managers. There should be a appraisal process for Managers from employees as some companies are having.

What's there not to dislike. Biggest issue is that there's no HR to raise ur concerns to. All they have is a portal and that too just for show.

Here HR’s don’t even listen to our problems. When we need help from HR’s they don’t even respond to our messages or mail but when they need something from us they directly call us. Here, TMP team will say you will get project but when our bench time ends they force us to take up service desk projects by lying you can change projectafter 6 months. Cognizant will not pay you well , Even if you are eligible for a better pay at the correct time they will release you from the project so that they don't have to promote you

Auto Promotion seems to be a good thing however, I didn't get it as I am completely 2 years with organization

Worse experience with Cognizant, the project they will assign you won't have future and you have no option they will make you work or go on the bench

No future growth ,the management are just to save there position, no technical knowledge, they will treat you like slave ,they won't approve the leaves and make you to work on Saturday. Mentally they will torcher the agent ,and after few day they will ask the employe to be on the bench and take search new job

I got very high learning opportunities with great role and responsibilities and they had high trust in me.

Dislikes

As other MNCs we have all the dislikes especially we will get support even if we are developers, won't get enough resource for the project as needed so will get high work but I'm lucky to get into the right project but my colleagues were unlucky in there as well.
