The office culture and the environment to learn is the best part of working at Cognizant. The colleagues, specially peers, too are very accommodating and helpful and this applies to all the teams I worked for in Cognizant.

Dislikes

Very poor compensation and benefits policy. The promotion cycle is very shady and it invites politics. It should be made transparent.

Work Details

The work is interesting but is hectic. I like the part where it requires thinking out-of-the-box and discussing ideas and solutions.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
