I like it's working culture. Cognizant always give priority to knowledge and always create new environments to learn for their employees and for out reach children's. Every company has its own pro's and con's but i love to work here. I was maximized my knowledge to compete with latest trends in technology.

Dislikes

So many rules and regulations for each and every activity, general for health centre.

Every colleague are super friendly. As a team they will ensure that no work is being left. work life balance is quite good. Learning opportunities are very good according to everyone's role

Dislikes

I won't recommend this company for IIT graduates. As they are having a very twisted view of iit grads. They hire us but by default upper management thinks we won't be staying. So at the time of rating they give us a third class rating and force us to leave the company

It was an exciting journey.But at the time of yearly rating I felt cheated
