Likes

Cognizant is a great company to work for. After 2019 Cognizant strategy changed and focused on the Indian workforce. It is a hearting lot to overall organization.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Low Salary, Higher Management did not worried about the middle-level management and they thought Middle-level Management are a burden to the organization. Required to rethink about overall strategy
