What's there not to dislike. Biggest issue is that there's no HR to raise ur concerns to. All they have is a portal and that too just for show.

Here HR’s don’t even listen to our problems. When we need help from HR’s they don’t even respond to our messages or mail but when they need something from us they directly call us. Here, TMP team will say you will get project but when our bench time ends they force us to take up service desk projects by lying you can change projectafter 6 months. They treat us like we are some garbage and they quickly want to throw us in some garbage pot. These service desk project team leads are uneducated, don’t know how hiring happens. The culture was very bad, there was no work-life balance. The management was not supportive and tremendous rude with employees - Often calling on weekends and nightshifts. Managers used to glorify over work. The environment was like a dungeon. There is no growth for career except those who use to butter managers.

Nothing, meets zero expectations. Made work like hell even during my maternity journey 24 hrs and with pretty worst monetary benefit. There was no work life balance and also I was forced to resign with no other option saying you cannot continue with your old role or team a month back when I was just about to join after ML.

Poor work-life balance, no salary hike, no benefits, no proper ratings, general shift has no timings it is round the clock.

It is the best company to work as a Tester. You will be recognized and respected for the contributions you do for project and client.

Ratings are provided based on opinion of others rather than the performance of an individual for whole year. And hikes are automatically affected because of this.

Work life balance is good. Job satisfaction is also fair. Company pays fair enough. I am not satisfied or I should say I am not impressed with the appraisal procedure implemented by the management. Post 1 year no appraisal at all or the performance bonus. They have their own way of doing it in the month of July or August and it doesn’t matter when you have completed 1 year.

if you in bench, HR will torture you to put resignation within one month. also you have no option to choose project and select anything worst comes to you. no proper shift allowances will provided. they have zero 0% for mental health 100% for work.
