Everything what they claim was not up to the mark especially during corona period. Seemingly, anyone who has low caliber in language skills can certainly be there as it has become a trend to speak can't able to in all levels of operations including the training department. There are enormous number of course available however the structure of the learning and development sucks, they get accolades of making course available where the skill transformation is absolute zero. It's a namesake trend everything said and done are two different things. There were multiple projects which got ramped down back-to-back years. The so-called appraisal is absolutely worthless. If you just want to hang on because you need your survival, go ahead and join this place it's a wonderful place for those who doesn't seek a constant growth. Appraisal process is really funny. Many a times, communication, language is the root cause of all trouble. Effective communication is seen even on the ops head. If you are lucky, you would get a great mentor who can help you swim through the dirty politics with constant nudge in shaping your career. Leadership qualities sucks in all levels majorly. The less you work and show an exaggeration, you sure to head towards promotion. From all the project that I had worked, it did not give me a great wonderful experience as I had to struggle through the politics for promotion. People on the top management has zero leadership skills, negotiation, conflict management skills. Doesn't matter if it's male or female boss. I was lucky enough to have Indian male and female managers wonderful who were team driven but it was not the same case with all projects. Work life balance is a myth as no one will share what is required, they would give high command and expect you to work on fine way and try to get all that is not good even for presentations. The job requirement will not be clearly shared, namesake documents will be available but never be shared to the associate. HR is not even existing unless you be a part of work force management- Bench. Talent management team will never help you get new process, God knows what job they are even doing.
