Job security is ok, recently company policy has been upgraded for leave encashment which is good

Dislikes

Joined as fresher, you'll be given training on particular technology, not based on your choice, but as the company decides. Trainers are not always good; you have to learn by yourself. Trainings and certifications recommended based on project requirement; if you want to skill up yourself to catch up current market trend, you have todo that by yourself. Promotion happens based on supervisor recommendation, not based on your performance. Salary hike is very less. If you are long time in Organization and not able to make some good contacts who can recommend you for better opportunities and promotion, the workplace can be turned out as hell. There is politics - each and every kind. This is service based company - good contacts matter here. Opportunity of new learning is very less. Work culture is very poor....Read More

Supervisor and team is very helpful inproject to make most out of you. Also helps in keeping work life balance. I loved to be part of cultural and sport side

Dislikes

Compassion and salary is very low. Lots of management politics involved in your grow. Project change or technology change is very difficult. Talent not recognized here. Less onsite opportunity now a days.
