Pays competitive salary benefits may not be high at times but sustainable for long, rewarding association. Will recommend people to experience Cognizant.

If you remain too good on a domain, likely you will get trapped into it and not allowed to learn horizontal skills. So keeping a balance and relationship to horizontal people are important in any large project centric organization.

Employees who are in CTS for a long time has created a barrier for the lateral hire, not providing space to grow & creating unnecessary mental pressure. Very poor culture & work life balance.

Being a AD by designation I am supposed to do the work of a tech lead & Project Managers which does not match with my role despite there are Tech Leads & PMs in the program.
