As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Dislikes

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

She said that it was illogical to claim to be able to speak Hindi, and they do not care about employees. While some employees are excellent, favoritism is a non-issue in the Kolkata office. I can list innumerable dislikes. 1. HR role is not in line with his or her work, and seeing such service from such an MNC, particularly in Kolkata office, truly hurt me. 2. I believe that the best way to force the company to leave on its own volition is through favoritism, which is the most advantageous attack by the poor managementof the Kolkata office. 3. You must look for projects on your own, work hard to earn your rating, and fail every time if you are not a Bengali. 4. I am not recommend for freshers to join in this organisation if u don't have any other option u choose this by u r own risk and u don't know what stack u get even though u get a good stack u r not sure u will work in the trained stack and after 18 months completion mostly they released the fresher from the project moved to bench once u complete 2 years if u don't have project they are asking for forced resignation...Read More

Healthcare process -:Management is racist, womaniser. Regional language (marathi) is not allowed on floor. Wherein management will speak Bhojpuri, Bengali, Malyali languages which is not regional according to them. Even if company is in Pune Maharashtra they strictly inform not to speak in marathi as management is not Maharashtrian.If they hate marathi language why are they living in Maharashtra , they should go to their native State. Promotion are only for female employes, lickers 😛🍑 chatus and for others who bring 🥃🍺 for management. Leaves are given only to favourite emp. Even if medical documents are submitted they will apply NCNS. People who are issued warning letter for abusing on floor, fighting on floor are given promotion as they are favourite,lickiers 😛🍑chatus. Management has created there own family on floor which includes bhai, behne, bhabhi, devar, jeth, jethani, nand, soutan and Big Daddy. Management needs full gossip of every employe. Management watches reels and do videos call on floor and says mobile is not allowed to employees. Favouritism is the policy followed by management. We can enjoy the company of colleagues in the beginning as a fresher.

Hike and the ratings are absolutely worse as they compare with your peers and downgrade stating as normalisation. I got downgraded twice and was told both the times as next time will take care but useless. Absolutely zero appreciation of hard work here. Max 2 years and then switch.
