Company is good but sometimes your management is frustrating. Biased to favourites. Skilll development used to happen when i joined but disappeared with time. ( earlier they used to proivde six sigma training but never after that). Its unfortunate that your manager never shows data on the basis of which you are rated. Just verbal words and assumption. If they want to fire you they will put work pressure on you and appoint their pawn around you who will point fingers on you and sometimes plays with your emotions as well. Even if you are working hard you or your team will be never recognized. Suddenly after you left / aur asked to volunterly resign by HR your team will become best team on the floor because it was then headed by the same pawn. Employee welfare is just a show! They do actually care for their employees. They just see them as money making machines, if they are on maternity or pregnant or going through personal issues can be easily replaceable without giving a second thought about what happens to that employee

Unable to explore learning opportunities as there is no support from supervisors, and moving to next level takes alot of time than usual, the variable pay comes based on supervisors rating rather than ur performance and there is no BOnus, salary hike is very minimal in health care domain.
