Its completely dependent on the Manager you are reporting to, but ideally the evironment is not great. The senior managment doesn't know how to lead by example. They are trying to enfore work, they are in frenzy

Cognizant has strong capebilities in delivering technology services with a robust support. People are satisfied working here but since past couple of years company has not given ample opportunitiesto employees in terms of growth and compensastion

If you swith to Cognizant, they will provide good salary compared to other service based company. They also push their associate for skill development with regular certification drive.

The appraisal system dropped drastically in couple of years. Very minimum salary hike with high ratings.

(Cognizant) phinix "H4 building", work-life balance it's not possible it's a BPO SECTOR it's a 10 hour's work ROTATION SHIFT you only have to work no other activities happens you will get fed-up FRUSTRATED. The company management DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT THE AGENTS WHO WORK THERE. ITS ONLY POLITICS. THE MORE YOU👅THERE AS 🫏 AND ACCEPT WHAT ALL THEY SAY YOU ARE SAFE. The cognizant H4 building company dose not take you for an outing. They only have annual yearly party Organized for perticular projects. Office environments is good and I was worked as a process executive with Google client it's a mapping process

Don't expect any appraisal or hikes or any benefits. And you have to follow strictly office timing there is no any exception. They are following some office politics and favorites. No leaves approval you have to beg for your leaves approval

Worse experience with Cognizant, the project they will assign you won't have future and you have no option they will make you work or go on the bench

No future growth ,the management are just to save there position, no technical knowledge, they will treat you like slave ,they won't approve the leaves and make you to work on Saturday. Mentally they will torcher the agent ,and after few day they will ask the employe to be on the bench and take search new job

I got very high learning opportunities with great role and responsibilities and they had high trust in me.

Dislikes

As other MNCs we have all the dislikes especially we will get support even if we are developers, won't get enough resource for the project as needed so will get high work but I'm lucky to get into the right project but my colleagues were unlucky in there as well.
