cogent is very bad company and do not have any structured process neither they have active clients working they just have some small scale clients who gives them bulk position on daily basis and in return never ever provides feedback. not a worth working with such organization. The company looks for to have you daily submission but in return no feedback no interviews for candidate. it is better to join BPO or call center rather than working in cogent. also cogent promotes false promises that they wont discriminate between candidates. cogent does discrimination amongst USC and GC candidates based on age and gender.
