This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will bereleased, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. First of all at the time of interview hr will tell you there is no sales pressure but in floor they will continuously harass agents for selling and calls agents to work on weekoffs also

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptionalskills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. It depends on for whom you're working. A few bosses are the best. The CEO, COO are great. Narender Kumar is one of the best bosses you can ask for. While the VP is great at his own level yet misses out a few things while being a little too egoistic Good promotions.
