The one thing I dislike about this company that you can not go out of the office during shift time ....once you entered then you will go out when shift is over ......

Luckily I got good team leader so it made my journey a bit easier. Flexible hours

Dislikes

No benefits for employees and no appreciation. They use to say at the time of hiring that you will get 14 holiday along with national holidays and let me tell you it's a lie. No national holiday will be given either work and get paid or it will be marked as absent . Management is poor . No support if you are facing issue .

I did not even liked a single thing about Cogent. Cogent is the worst company I have ever worked with 😡😡😡

The Managers and the Trainees were very bad and they used to force us and treat us like a machine. The work culture was very very poor. I regret working in cogent. I left the company within 1 month only. I can write a article about dislikes in cogent I don't like to work in cogent at all. 😤😤😤😤

It's a very mediocre place where you can get promoted easily. There's no exposure ( a set of idiots are running that company ) with no management.

Mediocre place, below average kids, extremely dull and boring environment

It's a BPO there are several changes in the shifts so you have to manage your own schedule basically get adapted to staying up late and waking up early
