The work environment has become increasingly suffocating, with relentless pressure that feels like an insurmountable burden. Deadlines are frequently missed, not due to a lack of effort but because the tasks keep accumulating without respite. Projects that were initiated in 2022 are still lingering into 2023, and now, in 2024, progress has not only stagnated but has become almost glacial. The workload has reached an overwhelming point, making it almost impossible to catch up. What's even more disheartening is the manager's lack of commitment, leadership, and integrity. His involvement appears to be superficial at best; his primary concern seems to be securing the initial payment from the client. Once that's done, he either completely abandons the project or neglects it, leaving it to gather dust in a corner. It's only when the client starts to exert pressure that he becomes active again, pushing us to meet unrealistic deadlines. Adding to the despair, the manager has displayed a shocking lack of empathy and responsibility towards the team. He has fired and neglected employees without valid reasons or adequate notice. Even more distressing is the issue of delayed and sometimes completely unpaid salaries. Employees with a whole year of experience were not only not paid but were also abruptly removed from the company without any effort to compensate them for their work. Furthermore, he continues to hire new employees, making them work diligently, only to neglect and not pay them. It's a blatant exploitation of human resources, where employees are left feeling abandoned and undervalued. The most frustrating part is that when these deadlines inevitably aren't met, we, the team, become the scapegoats. We are unfairly targeted and blamed for the shortcomings and failures, despite the clear lack of support, direction, and ethical conduct from our manager.
