A Very supportive management. If you are willing to learn, they will guide you through every process of Search engine optimization. Two saturday off helped me to meet my family biweekly, so I was very happy while working there.

Dislikes

Nothing much to talk about their negatives.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
