This is the worst company I have ever worked for. I was a software developer here for one and a half years, and during that time, they ruined the lives of over 100 employees, myself included. The CEO of this company is very rude and arrogant, and the HR department is nothing more than a puppet. They terminate new hires within 1-4 weeks if they deem them unfit for the job, which is also applicable to all employees. Additionally, they withhold your salary and documents for 4 to 5 months after your resignation, and even include negative comments in your relieving letter, making it difficult for you to find employment elsewhere. This company will ruin your life, so if you care about your career, never join this organization....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
