Only good part is the salary it's not the best but I would say pritty competitive.the company has its own software to work upon and they are efficient. There is a lot to learn.

No formal training for new employee either you learn your own or be a genius to know everything from day 1.No job security they may kick you out as and when they want with giving a reason.(Some times within weeks of your hiring)the only promotion are for those who knows politics,if you believe you will be rewarded for good work thisis not the place so enter at your own risk ,work life balance is a joke cz people either fired or they keep leaving always shortage in workforce,so be prepared to work extra 3-4 hrs after every shift and full day weekend and expect nothing. When you work hard you definitely got targeted and isolated by those who are closer to the higher management.The senior management is Racist you are always looked down in front of US team. Kindly join at your own risk. Company have zero ethics or should say no ethics they bulk hire when season is going for off season they lay you off lol ....Read More

They hire you by urging you to leave the other company you're working for and likewise take you off of the job without a second thought. Do not trust the CEO of this company. He is mean, selfish and don't ever rely on his words if he says he'll support you for anything at all. All he needs is money and sees how the company earns.. Nothing else.
