They hire you by urging you to leave the other company you're working for and likewise take you off of the job without a second thought. Do not trust the CEO of this company. He is mean, selfish and don't ever rely on his words if he says he'll support you for anything at all. All he needs is money and sees how the company earns.. Nothing else. that it is permanent WFH but they take advantage of it

Dislikes

they make you work even after shift timings. no regards for your personal time, sleep, mental and overall well being. no medical condition is accepted even. you are expected to be available even during the weekend without extra pay.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
