I enjoyed working here because I have gained confidence in handling projects independently, with support from both the team and the owner. It's collaborative and growth focused environment.

We don't have PF facility or yearly bonuses, which are important for long-term financial security and employees motivation

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
