There is a good training on softskills even though iam a developer and new to training .I got trained in CTMS on soft skills and training skills and then I was requested to take sessions .Good learning and Guidance from CTMS on expectations from different people like IT , Non IT, Students, Working professionals how to handle them etc. A very good learning experience with very good facilities like writing pad, TV, good remunerations with incentives, free snacks during the sessions. Initially i thought it will be like an academy . But the working environment is more like an IT company. As an HR and Admin I Need to take trainers, senior developers for outsourcing . Flexible timing and very friendly .Salary as committed it will be transacted .
