They are totally transparent on what they doing. They will give a brief introduction on what the work culture is, and timings. I think its more than enough for any trainer to understand his roles and responsibilities and deliver his work and training. There is no unwanted disturbancesfrom the management team on trainer and his training and his methodology. There is nothing this institute to dislike as of now. I have worked for one training , These guys are highly professional, they know what they are doing, they mean it, and should for their words. According to me these kind of institutes are one of a kind in Chennai.
