If you are in India, Job security cannot be assured. They follow US Culture. Management doesn't discuss their decisions , however imp it might b to an employee's role in the company. If they decide to sack you, you are asked to resign the very same day. Not much growth options as well. Your designation might change, actual duties responsibilities might not. They allow employees to introduce their ideas for betterment of the company. Work culture is gud. But most employees work 24/7 which might not be advisable to all. Management isn't that responsible.
