Likes

Friendly environment and well maintained culture. Cleanliness is at it's peak. Supportive teammates and it provides a good platform to learn new things everyday to all the staffs. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary. 👍

Dislikes

There are few chances of getting bonus is unquestionable and raising your salary too. On the job training they don't give you salary or honorarium.

Work Details

It us fun and interesting with good and friendly colleagues. One bonus is that all the colleagues understands each other. I learnt many things, things I didn't know I would come across. It has built me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
