I Like the login timing for the higher authority. And the facility provided to them for doing work from home though everything has been started. Others have to come mandatorily even he/she is extremly sick.

Dislikes

I didn't like the work culture. No learning. Pressurizes only 1 person others do work from home sleeping at home😄. No one want to work systematically. No team work because no one is regular except few.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
