I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

In one word, that i feel with Chemey when i was working their its like as family. I learn lot of from both the directors as well as from my all colegues. all are very supportive specialy our bosses and it is safe n helpful atmosphere for women employee in chemey. .

Dislikes

Its just my openion 1) Employee development must be focused for betterment of company growth as well as employee growth too. 2) skill can be improve by regular interval of training .
