Likes

The focus is on improving patient experience by taking critical care cases. The startup setup as usual has to go through several obstructions and theres lot more to work upon as well.

Dislikes

Being a setup in the rural area, training the staff is bit challenging. RCA has it that most of the initial hiring has been from home based workers hence moulding them to work on a standardized model takes time. Lot of paperwork has to be converted to digital, the bottom line cost needs control and reporting structure needs to be set. Currently working on these setups.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
