About organization Don't have proper culture also manager are rudely and arrogant on so many times. Irrelevant things from manager spoking Purchase a bicycle for go to office you are earning money. So much unprofessionalism. No use of performance only uncertain happened

They have CGI academia for upskilling however no opportunity to get into new projects as no manager entertains or contacts them when they are on bench. Also salary increment was max 3% last year, well below industry standards.
