Can be trained well in various disciplines since the opportunities are abundant. Trained professionals present on ground so one can absorb industrial knowledge.

Weak coordination between higher authorities (Management) and their subordinates which leads to various miscommunications and dead ends. Micromanagement within various teams. Made to work over hours without an ly compensation and appreciation. Management are very demotivating
