No tight hierarchy structure,work timings are convenient (you'll be out of the office by 7), exposure to a variety of sectors

Dislikes

No strictly-defined work portfolios ( although that can contribute to your all-round skill building), administrative department needs some work (reimbursement for travel etc is a prolonged process)

The culture and atmosphere is toxic. Management is not competent, people who are not best suited for the designation are given the authority.

Dislikes

Demeaning culture and there is a lot of politics through higher authorities and there is no growth.
