Likes

I joined CESS in its initial stage of development. Since then scientists and other staffs were recruited. Number of Divisions such as Geosciences Division, Marine Sciences Division, Resource Analysis Division etc. were started. A large number of projects of multidisiplinary research were taken up and executed and over a period of time it has grown up as a leading research institute. I retired from CESS on 30th April 2010. Since then it has been taken over by the Government of India and consequently it has been renamed as National Centre for Earth Science Studies....Read More

Dislikes

Consequent on the taking over of CESS by the Government of India, its recruitments were made on an All India basis and a number of scientists from different parts of the country are working there.

The above listed facilities are not available with CESS and the terms and conditions of recruitments are based on all India criteria.
