Terrible Management and Toxic Work Environment:- This is family business where you will see husband wife is working without any coordination. The management at this company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They’ve hired a manager who clearly has no idea how to lead a team. Instead of supporting employees who perform well, they constantly compare you to others, creating a toxic and demoralizing environment—even when you’re doing better than others in your role. The focus here is entirely on money. They don’t care about teamwork, coordination, or employee well-being—they just want someone to act like a robot and generate revenue daily. The so-called "experienced" manager is completely ineffective, and even a fresher could do a better job. If you’re looking for a professional and supportive workplace, stay far away.
