As it's a startup, you might learn things. Santhosh is knowledgeable, Gayathri is short tempered. Cannt deal with them.

Dislikes

Kanjus founder, pay peanuts to employees. Husband wife organisation which do not have coordination. They hit the employees emotionally and exploit them by taking advantage of their situation. Nothing is organised. They behave like day wage employees in the organisational employees. Difficult to work in this culture and hard to put up with both of them. They favor Tamilans. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
