I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! Work - life balance is good. Flexible time. Learning part is good.

Dislikes

They felt only one employee is running the company. Others are just not worth or say waste. They don't understand whichever picture they are seeing is diff than the original one. This is not only my opinion but others are also felt the same. While appraisal time- they are mixing professional and personal stuff, and you come into the bottom.
