The company was really good to learn work and everything was perfect.

The IT guy vamshi and his IT manager and team leader Suraj they are the people have without dedication and team work.

It was very bad experience with cartel info tech.

Dislikes

The company had been closed without any intimation and no relieving letters provided to the employees and no salary , PF . We have wasted our time , hardened. It was cheating company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
