I don't like caretel because the system (computer's) not working and there is so many problem they don't have parking and they don't give salary on time and they also not give tea and coffee to staff because they don't have it and and there is also problem of electricity and 1 more reason TL (team leader) are not good . And biggest problem they don't increase the salary when you become a senior . I hate this company

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.

After giving resign They stopped my one month salary and also work experience certificate. Trying to contact HR but they are not responding to my calls.

Process is excellent. It has most of the gov. Projects that enhance knowledge and skills too.

...ing poor managers and seniors. There is no manner of talking with an employee. The worst think is that caretell never give salary on time. Expexted date of salary is 20th or 22nd and this too is by cheque not neft or internet banking.

Everything goes good but when it comes to salary hike lot of excuses comes to the scene and new people are handled with much care in respect to the old ones
