Worst management ever. No one will either ack or address your concerns. All the hr management is new even they don't know how the salary or leave policy works everything they change as per there convience all Fake promise. If you have a good relationship with your tl and manager you will easily get promoted to different roles. They will debit more than what they pay. You will eventually get frustrated with there policies which are not beneficial to employees. No hike in CTC. They will credit the salary in part payments you keeping getting salary till 15 of next month in part payments which I have never seen in any cooperate companies.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The only thing that misses out is a gaming zone.😅

...me to time and I feel like this type of HR's should be there in every company. About the bonus- In the pandemic when most of the companies were struggling to provide salaries they even provided bonus in 2020 which is a great thing. They even provide us goodies during Diwali and host many contests on social media which is a great opportunity to win good prizes.

I wish Sykes had a gaming room in which we can play indoor games and try some gaming stuff which would be relaxing for the employees

...on't join this company..now it is Foundever. They play all games with employees. no salary no work-life balance.

The only good part of the organisation is HR, they do support and understand.

I had a interview, and surprisingly I never had salary discussion part with any HR at all they just send me offer letter if I call to discuss they have no time. Alright and they don't allow any gadgets on floor but have no lockers as log outs reserve the lockers for the whole and organisation do nothing on it. Coming to the culture as it's fine for now. But they give false hopes and fool here which just give false statements which they change it later. And having good amount of experience at work previously, here they pay me less than my previous ctc and in hand. They said something and I get something else. In span of two months this all I could experience.
