1. Very bad appraisal percentage. 2. Favouritism and partiality within the team. 3. Employees who work hard does not get the appropriate appreciation and the bootlickers will be rewarded very well. 4. No additional benefits for the employepes (not even during festival times, neither the sweets are given nor the bonus is given) 5. They provide pluxee meal card (₹140 per day, but this amount will be insufficient as the prices in the food court are very high). 6. There is a team where the work life balance is negligible . (I have seen lot of people work 16+ hours just for 8.5 billing hours, the worst part is that some people even avail half-day/full day leave and work during the leaves just to bill for 8.5 hours). 7. Kindly don't join in Analysis team if you want growth and experience in career. You can see real-life nepotism here. Even school children behave matured when compared to seniors. You want to sacrifice your everything to complete work at the given time. They don't focus on your career growth. They treat like you are piece of waste. Worst work culture I have seen in my career. They use you for their work. Hire you in name of FEA Trainee or Engineer and only give you PPT and Excel works. They have three years bond for GET. In that period they give all sort of works which will not help you in your career and knowledge growth. They send you abroad for only one month or two to extend your bond. If you don't cooperate with their target times, you will be targetted. Even they can't complete the component with their target timing<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Here you get appraisal like literally no appraisal</mark>. Mainly you will be treated as labour. Now the location of company is also not easily reachable. There are multiple verticals in Caresoft, and each vertical works in a different way. Job satisfaction is an individual perspective, but overall if you are a localite it's a good company to work with. Job security is a guaranteed one.

Work-life balance in the software domain should be focussed and they don't know what it is, but at times you should stay in the office day and night even without emergency deployments.
