Employees who work hard does not get the appropriate appreciation and the bootlickers will be rewarded very well. 4. No additional benefits for the employepes (not even during festival times, neither the sweets are given nor the bonus is given) 5.They provide pluxee meal card (₹140 per day, but this amount will be insufficient as the prices in the food court are very high). 6. (I have seen lot of people work 16+ hours just for 8.5 billing hours, the worst part is that some people even avail half-day/full day leave and work during the leaves just to bill for 8.5 hours). 7. Kindly don't join in Analysis team if you want growth and experience in career. You can see real-life nepotism here. Even school children behave matured when compared to seniors. You want to sacrifice your everything to complete work at the given time. They don't focus on your career growthark>. They treat like you are piece of waste. Worst work culture I have seen in my career. They use you for their work. Hire you in name of FEA Trainee or Engineer and only give you PPT and Excel works. They have three years bond for GET. In that period they give all sort of works which will not help you in your career and knowledge growth. They send you abroad for only one month or two to extend your bond. If you don't cooperate with their target times, you will be targetted. Even they can't complete the component with their target timing. Here you get appraisal like literally no appraisal. 1. The process followed here is not actually CAE related. They'll hire you and ask you to CAD modelling for reverse engineering process. 2. There is no product development activity, So ultimate aim here is just to deliver mesh files. 3. They won't train you. There is no career growth herek>. If you grown in career they've to pay you more. So they won't allow you to grow here. 4. The managers here are local people who never focus on further development of team apart from CAE - Meshing activities. 5. Nepotism is at peak now. Job Security is good, If you negotiate better you will get good pay. Management is good. Very less scope of work if you selected in operations activities, since this automotive benchmark marking companies are less than a dozen in world wide. Good company for people who don't have big ambitions and want to settle down. If you have high thirst for career growth this company is not suits you. They are having a website contains data and photos for automotive spares. You will learn and need to work in Photo shoot, photo shop and light room software only. I suggest people from automotive, manufacturing industry don't plan to work in this kind of company, only thing you will get is salary. Task will be allotted for eight hours, but in work from home situation it will take 10-12 hrs. They will inform you in morning to log out and take PL if no work load is available. Only Photo shop and light room activities for engineer in Benchmark domain. It's extremely not suitable for Mid senior category engineers. Especially if you are from quality background from manufacturing you made a wrong choice. You need to check the quality of photos taken and it's photo shop quality.
