There is a team where the work life balance is negligible . (I have seen lot of people work 16+ hours just for 8.5 billing hours, the worst part is that some people even avail half-day/full day leave and work during the leaves just to bill for 8.5 hours). 7. They use you for their work. Hire you in name of FEA Trainee or Engineer and only give you PPT and Excel works. They have three years bond for GET. In that period they give all sort of works which will not help you in your career and knowledge growth. They send you abroad for only one month or two to extend your bond.
