Employees who work hard does not get the appropriate appreciation and the bootlickers will be rewarded very well. 4. No additional benefits for the employepes (not even during festival times, neither the sweets are given nor the bonus is given) 5.They provide pluxee meal card (₹140 per day, but this amount will be insufficient as the prices in the food court are very high). 6. There is a team where the work life balance is negligible . (I have seen lot of people work 16+ hours just for 8.5 billing hours, the worst part is that some people even avail half-day/full day leave and work during the leaves just to bill for 8.5 hours). 7.
