Career point university is very good for a working professionals. Management is very cordial and staff friendly. Salary structure is good and salary administration very good. Good to rejoin if get opportunity.

Dislikes

Subordinate and junior colleague are not cooperative.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
