Work environment is really good all the employees are very cooperative in terms of work , Appraisal process is good I got 2 times within in one year itself , job security is fully.

Dislikes

Similar work I'm continuing less of variation of work and less learning about other things .

Work Details

I'm handling the operation part of the human resource like employee engagement, induction, on boarding formalities, taking care of interview also taking first round of interview, etc.

As i'm working in day shift because of HR responsibility, at this time there is no one else working. So it is quiet boring for me.

Work Details

I'm working here since December last year. And my experience is good sometimes i have to work in day sometimes night. Good for though who are flexible.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
